On Wednesday 30 October at 2.00 pm in Rome (University of Arkansas Rome Center), architect Enrico Frigerio – Frigerio Design Group – will give a speech about “The evolution of architecture for comfort”.
Cases history of buildings certified with international sustainability rating systems will be presented in which high comfort performances have been achieved and for the occasion architect Frigerio will talk about the project of the new Crédit Agricole Italia headquarter, Green Life, built in Parma, where the concept of sensorial comfort was applied to define the bioclimatic quality of smart working environments.
The event, organized by the Green Building Council Italia, will deal with the issues of environmental comfort, an increasingly rewarding factor for the value of a building. In fact, human well-being depends on the quality of construction, which greatly affects the mental and physical health and productivity of the activities carried out. During the seminar, innovative design and construction techniques will be dealt with that allow for the modern application of the concepts of bioclimatic architecture.
