One of the central elements of the project is the new green patio, an internal garden that brings nature and natural light into the building. This space is designed not only to enhance students’ quality of life but also to contribute to the overall environmental comfort of the residence. The selected plants, chosen for their resilience and low maintenance, help regulate the microclimate, improve natural ventilation, and provide pleasant shade during the warmer months.

The student rooms are designed to ensure optimal brightness and natural ventilation, fostering a sense of openness and connection with the outdoors while maintaining privacy. Views of the patio and surrounding green spaces contribute to creating a serene and stimulating living environment.

A distinctive feature of the renovation is the introduction of vertical deflectors covering the building’s exterior facade. These elements not only enhance the building’s aesthetic, giving it a modern and dynamic look, but also serve a functional purpose: they regulate natural light entry into indoor spaces and protect the facade from solar radiation.
