Green Life

Massima superficie verde e minima impronta ecologica per il nuovo headquarter della banca Crédit-Agricole Italia. Uffici innovativi in ottica smart-working e un grande parco: il cuore verde.

Green Life respects the environment and brings the person back to the center because as a common denominator of the entire project it has a sensitivity aimed at resources, both energy and human.

The new volumes of the headquarter, generated from the geometries of Vico Magistretti’s original settlement, maintained as evidence of an era, are arranged on the perimeter of the area to guard a large park.

The complex is divided into three volumes: the two Ecouffici connected through a Forum covered by a ‘green hill’. The parking lots and facilities, on the other hand, are underground so as to have the maximum surface area for the park.
