Since the beginning, Ferrero has stood out for its particular attention to employee well-being and care of the local area. The new technical center in Alba, designed by Frigerio Design Group, it is yet another proof.
A company that has grown from 1,000 employees in the 1950s to over 41,000 worldwide, and has done so without ever leaving its homeland, the city of Alba in the Langhe, even bringing the Langhe itself to the world, literally.
Respect for the environment and local traditions also guided the construction of the new Innovation Hub in Alba, adjacent to the Ferrero headquarters: a bioclimatic and nZEB (nearly Zero Energy Building) building that covers 12,700 m2 and housing over 200 employees, designed by Frigerio Group Design.
